-Mount the iso file to a virtual cd/dvd drive (you can use DaemonToolLite). Create a shortcut for xml file locate in the folder F:TestoutOutlinesms236cle.xml (F: is virtual cd/dvd drive). Then righ click that shortcut choose properties, edit the Target field:
