IMPORTANT NOTES:
This DVD requires a legitimate OEM Product Key to activate it from a Certificate Of Authenticity Sticker.
You MUST phone in OEM Keys for activation.
If you are installing on a Dell computer that originally came with Windows 7 Home Premium installed on it, then activation will not be required (these machines have their own SLP Product Key embedded on them in the BIOS/Motherboard).
You should burn this DVD at 4x speed with ImgBurn with Data Verification.

This DVD REQUIRES a DVD9 DVDR+DL to burn to.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE:
You CANNOT upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7 with this DVD straight up as an upgrade installation. Microsoft has stated prior to releasing Windows 7 that you CANNOT upgrade from XP to Windows 7 with ANY Edition of Windows 7. You will have to back up ANY data prior to installing Windows 7 if you are upgrading from XP since YOU WILL HAVE TO FORMAT before you can install Windows 7 on those machines
